So I decided to stop guessing, and start mastering.
I became my own coach, got certified, and took radical ownership over my training and nutrition. Within 3 months, I dropped the body fat, built visible muscle, and became the most disciplined, fit, and confident version of myself, all while eating real food, not starving, and building a life I could sustain.
